EURO 650 PER WEEK (for two people sharing)

- Euro 70 per extra person, per week
- Euro 110 per night, for additional days
Additional Information
- House cleaning fee - Euro 100 (up to a two week stay)
- Contractual deposit - 25% on booking
- Damage deposit - Euro 200
Discounted rates for bookings of one month or over at a 10% discount.
For stays beyond two weeks, additional cleaning fees will apply.

Terms and Conditions
**Visitors will be required to pay a Taxe de Sejour (a tourist tax) required by the French authorities. This applies to all adult visitors who have rented the premises and is charged at a rate of €1.31 per adult per night, this includes two new taxes added in 2024. We add this charge to your invoice on behalf of the Vignoble Gaillacois, Bastides et Val Dadou which deals with the promotion of tourist activities in the region.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time the 2025 rates have yet to be published, so the rate shown above is therefore subject to change.
To secure your time, a deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required upon booking.
Final payment is due 90 days prior to your date of arrival.
Damage deposit: Refundable within 10 days of departure at the final invoice exchange rate.
Cancellations and refund policy:
- Up to 90 days prior to the booking - fully refundable
- Less than 90 days from the booking - non-refundable
